What we're looking for
Established community presence: You have connections in the local tech/startup ecosystem.
Operational experience: Prior event organizing (hackathons, meetups, conferences) is a plus.
Committed team: Ideally 3-5 co-organizers to split responsibilities.
Timeline flexibility: Planning typically takes 3-4 months from approval to event day.
